Together with a team from Moldova, we developed a marketing automation project with CRM integrations. Together we developed the concept and functions of the service. During the development process, we monitored the team working in Latvia, made marketing recommendations and created content for promotion and direct sales. The project was closed by the founder himself.
RESULT: A marketing automation product with a lot of detailed settings was created. Not only did it give me a complete understanding of marketing and organisational automation, but it also gave me access to large markets. For example, the project was “pilot-tested” with one of the largest car dealers in the Russian market.
